More than one club unit contributed to the overall title count in some parishes. The title count also includes titles won by clubs which are now defunct.

D. Ardagh Moydow formed in 2019 when Ardagh St. Patricks and Moydow Harpers clubs merged.
E. Seán Connollys won their SFC title as Clonbroney – Club was later renamed.
